I recently stayed at this apartment in Playa de las Americas and it was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, with the beach and surf spot just a short walk away. The highlight was definitely the quiet pool, which was clean and never crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed and the underground parking was a great convenience. The host was also very responsive and made sure we had a wonderful stay.
One small improvement that could be made is the breakfast option.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The big private terrace was a highlight, with a comfy sofa, chairs, and table. The bedrooms and balcony being on the second floor ensured that I could spend time on the first floor without disturbing others sleeping upstairs. Access to the swimming pool was a big advantage that I loved. The location was also great, with many restaurants and bars around the property. It was easy and safe to access everything.

I chose this hotel for attending a forum at the nearby convention centre, and I was pleased with its close proximity to the venue. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The facilities, including the kitchen and swimming pool, were well-maintained and added to the overall pleasant experience.
One service that I missed for my work was the lack of air conditioning. While the windows could be kept open in October to maintain a comfortable temperature, having air conditioning would have been more convenient for staying focused and productive during my work-related activities.

The apartment at Edificio Altemar is simply amazing! It's newly renovated and beautifully furnished, making it a perfect vacation accommodation for a big family or group of friends like us. The two bedrooms, living room, and bathroom with a bath or shower provide all the space we needed. The kitchenware was also very useful for preparing our own meals whenever we didn't feel like eating out. And let's not forget about the balcony and garden-view terrace! They offered a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for chilling and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. our stay here was absolutely fantastic!
Honestly, there was nothing that we didn't like about this apartment. We were completely satisfied with our stay.
